On January 23, 2026 from 9:30am-2pm, we invite everyone to attend our Winter Meeting at Cedar Hill Camp in Waltham MA.
The meeting will include updates from MCA and Tremont Strategies Group. Following those updates, we will have a panel:
Hiring for Success, a Panel Discussion
Join experienced camp professionals from a wide variety of camps for a panel discussion centered around best practice strategies to hire and train your team between January and the start of summer. We’ll discuss strategies, share ideas, and give time for different modes of operation to have small-group discussions with similarly structured programs.
Camps represented on the panel will include:
- Agency
- Independent Schools
- Independent/For-Profit
- Municipal Parks & Recreation
- Resident
- Nonprofit
Registration for members is free. You can register through this form.
For nonmembers, registration is $20 to cover our meeting costs. If you join MCA, that $20 will be taken off your membership. Please use the registration link below.
