This new generation consists of people born between 1995 and 2012 … who now comprise most of our mainline staff and camper populations. They bring a new outlook on the world – and very different views on work, loyalty, authority, communication and so much more. You will come away with a better understand of what motivates them and how YOU can better recruit, onboard, and support them for better results!
