We hope the summer has been wonderful for everyone!

As mentioned in our spring meetings, the ARPA process this year will look different from the past two years. We have very limited availing funds, and funding will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are fully distributed.

Applications for MCA Member Camps open September 15 and close September 19, 2025. Nonmember camps will be able to apply September 18-19. If you are a member camp who has not paid membership dues, you can find the link to payment here.

In order to be ready for September 15, we have prepared a couple of helpful documents so you can prepare.

Here is a checklist for what you can prepare and expect for the application. As you fill out the application, it will be helpful to have ready to upload:

  • 2025 DPH Camp License
  • Spreadsheet for expenses. Download this PDF template attached
  • Payroll Stubs or Payroll Statements or bank statements showing all gross pay
    for qualified employees
  • Invoices or contracts AND Receipts, cancelled check or credit card receipt or
    statement, for any training services, supplies or equipment purchased,
    showing expenses paid.

Please upload the spreadsheet and all receipts from all categories as one PDF.
Check to make sure your receipts match your total request, or you have explained
any difference in request to total.

A reminder: Any application is not considered complete without all information
submitted together and will change your time and date stamp of receipt.
