Dear ARPA Mental Health Grant Applicants,
As we have said from the beginning of our journey, working with the Commonwealth and DCR, this is a learning experience for all of us at MCA. We promised to do our very best to be transparent and timely as we navigate what is essentially new territory for us. We also knew we’d experience some obstacles and have appreciated your patience as we have discovered new challenges.
We have just learned from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts about a time-sensitive issue regarding the ARPA Mental Health reimbursement grant funds:
Any requests for reimbursement for goods or services purchased or received by June 30, 2024 (including trainings, salaries paid, supplies purchased) MUST BE SUBMITTED BY August 16, 2024.
Expenses incurred from July 1, 2024, to September 15, 2024, can be submitted between July 16, 2024, and October 31, 2024. Please note that purchases made prior to July 1, 2024, WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for reimbursement during this period.
We don’t want you to miss out on getting reimbursed for your eligible expenses. If you are requesting reimbursement for any funds up to June 30, 2024, please fill out the application as soon as possible.
